What is a soft play rental?

Soft Play Rental is an indoor/outdoor area with play equipment made from soft materials, creating a safe environment for children aged 0-6 to play, explore, and make friends. Our play lands are very safe. We ensure a clean environment for your little ones by using a safe disinfectant cleaner to wipe down equipment before and after each event.

Can I set up outdoors?

Absolutely! We will set up outside for any event as long as the weather permits
Yes! We do have a few rules for all outdoor setups.

• Must have an indoor backup or well-covered alfresco per weather forecasted
• We will not set up if there is any feaces or animals near the equipment. We love animals but for the health and safety of our equipment and staff they must be tied away during the event and not allowed near the equipment under any circumstances.
• We will only set up on grass or concrete. We will not set up on bark, gravel, rocks or dirt.

What ages can use the soft play setup?
Soft Play is open to children 6 and younger.

What sizes are your bounce houses?
Our bounce houses come in all shapes, sizes, and colors to suit any theme!  our most popular size is 8×8 feet!

Do you provide personalizations?
Yes! We offer custom personalization’s to perfectly match your little ones’ party theme. View our personalization page for more information!

How many kids can use a bounce house at once?
It varies by the size of the bounce house! Please message us and we can answer any questions you may have about specific bounce houses.

Are there any rules while using bounce houses and soft-play areas?
Yes, we ask that you observe these rules:

• No shoes. Socks are required.
• No Food, snacks, or candy in the play area.
• No paint, slime or sharp objects.
• Parents are required to stay and watch toddlers.
• All balls must stay in the ball pit; all soft play is to stay in the play area.
• An extra cleaning fee may be applied if rules are not followed*.

How soon should I book my bounce house rental, soft play, or ball pit?
We recommend you book as soon as you know your date, our calendar fills up quickly!

What happens after I submit my booking inquiry?
You will receive an email letting you know if your date is available and an invoice if no further information is required. We require a $150 deposit in order to guarantee your date. Your date is not confirmed until we receive your deposit payment. We will hold your date for 24 hrs from sending our invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule your event and use your credit.

What if it rains?
To ensure the safety of the little ones, we recommend not setting up outdoors if there is a high chance of rain in the forecast. However, you may reschedule your rental if you’d like. *Please note once we set up our play zone we do not relocate or move the setup elsewhere.

What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards.

How and when is the full payment due?
We accept full payment or pay by instalments by bank transfer or cash. Please note full payment is required no later than 7 business days prior to the event. We do not accept payment on the day even if paying by cash this must be paid in advance 7 days prior to the event.

 What happens if we damage the equipment?
You will be liable for the full cost of repairs or replacement including transport costs including import taxes associated with the repair or replacement and loss of business costs while the equipment is repaired. We keep a record of the condition of our equipment including photos on delivery to ensure no damage on install.

Can we move the equipment?
No, penalties will apply if the equipment is moved to a different location or space where originally set up
